Second Crop Strawberries
Michael Stover, of South Philipsburg,
is the owner of some strawberry plants
that have started in to furnish him with
a second crop this season, When the
first crop ripened Mr. Stover picked
over 100 quarts from the plants, and if
the frost dosen't destroy them within the
next few days he will gather half as
many more

John 8, Glenn, son of John Glenn, de
ceased, of Milechurg, and cousin of our
fellow townsman, Chas. Glenn, died at
home in Chicago, Sept. 25, 1895. The
deceased learned his trade, that of ma.
chinist, with Duncan & Hale, in this
place some years ago. He leaves to
mourn his lous a son and daughter.
