The copartnership heretofore existing be
tween the undersigned and John Tonner under the
firm of E. C. HUMES & Co., was dissolved by the
withdrawal of the latter on the 19th inst. It is de
sirable that the business of the late firm should be
closed as speedily as possible, and hence all those
having unsettled accounts are respectfully request
ed to call and settle the same at their earliest con
venience. The books of account are in the hands,
and will be settled by the undersigned to whom
payment of all claims will be made.
