Allen was trailed te Oklahoma City,
but left there last week only two hours
before a West Virginia officer arrived,
it was said.
Allen was convicted in connection
with the armed march of miners en

seventy-two tenant families, Jacob
Soletoroff, owner of four ''apartment
beuses, yesterday was sentenced te the

unable te pay a $600 fine.
"It Is apparent," Magistrate Simp Simp
eon said, "that this defendant did
nothing but wait until winter was upon
te say that he cannot get coal new.

when he first learned that there was
going te be n cool shortage?"
Health Department Inspectors testi
fied that only seven tens of coal had
been used for heating the homes of
the rfeventy-twe families this winter,
and that a temperature of fifty-seven
degrees, eleven degrees below tempera
ture required by law, had been maintained.
