STOLLER is a rich yeast raised cake.
It Is made as fellows : Rub one boiled
potato through a sieve and add
One'ciip of potato icater,
Four tablcipoeni of sugar,
One teaspoon of salt.
Mix and then crumble In one yeast
cake and add three cups of flour. Heat
until smooth and then set in warm place
and let rise for two and one-half hours.
New cream
One and one-quarter cups of sugar,
Ttcn-thirdi cup of butter,
Yelki of six eggs.
until light lemon color and add te the
yenst raised mixture. Add one and one
quarter cups of flour.
Rent for ten minutes and then ndd
