Mills, which broke into the sport lime

baseball championship of the Indus
trial Amateur Bascballi League, an

for a first-year team. '

Merrell Tapestry Mills and ere signed

sport. The wonderful success of the
team en several occasions last year
caused jealousy among the ether clubs,
and en one occasion when a tour of the
plant was made te prove, the eligibility
of the players every single man was

sien of the Allied Amateur League, but
even the most enthusiastic booster of
