Beginning January 1st, 1922, nnd yearly thereafter, the Company covenants te credit

LIQUID POSITION: Upen completion of the present financing the Company will
have no Bank Leans, and Current Assets will be mere than twice Current Liabilities.
EARNINGS: "The Company has shown a growth in both gross nnd net earnings. Fer
the year ended December 31st, 1921, after deduction of thoroughly adequate Maintenance
