Suspect la Quickly Arrested
As he vas turning the pole of a Cam
den one-man trolley car of which he
was the 'operator, Harry Wiley was
held up At the point of a revolver 'by
a solitary bandit and robbed of 97
shortly after 12 o'clock this morning.
The held-up occurred at a lonely spot
near the State street bridge, which is
one of the terminals of the Fifth street
Broadway line.
Wllev offered no onnesltlon te the
highwayman, but as seen as the latter
disappeared sought a telephone 'and
communicated with the police. . Within
half an hour District Detectives Smith
and Kates arrested a man v-he said he
was Wesley Oaylerd, Yerk street,
Camden, at Fifth and Federal streets.
The prisoner was identified by Wiley
as the bandit.
Oaylerd, who Is twenty years old, but
has been arrested ten times, was held
without ball by Recorder Stackhouse.
