big Government crop estimate, the rot ret rot
ten mnrket this morning presented a
steedv undertone, with first prices 4
points higher te 1) points lower. The
outside selling pressure which had been
' expected failed te materialize in any
volume, and with cables better than had
been due and Liverpool n geed buyer,
esterday's short sellers were inclined
te cover. After the start, the market
was active and Irregular, but generally
teady. New Orleans was the chief
