Marlen MeArdlc. twenty years old,
daughter of Mrs. Eva Catherine Knber,
was found net guilty of complicity in
the murder plot of Daniel Knbcr, her
stepfather, by a jury today. Miss Mc
Ardle was permitted te leave the court
room a free girl immediate!) after the
jury reported. The jury of nine men
and Uiree women had the ense under
deliberation since late jesterday after
noon. The jury reported nn agreement
shortly before neon, nfter being out
nineteen hours. When they failed te

were locked up in a hotel and resumed
