Railroads Most Affected
Tho railroads are moro affected by
the change in time than any others in
the cltv. All railroad schedules are
being readjusted to the new arrange-

order that none of tho Postofflco clocks,

Moro Working Hours Ahead
But In order to adjust the deliver
and collection of malls to the new
system working hours will be moved
forward ono hour.
That means that those carriers and
others who now report at 7:20 A. M . ,
Eastern standard time, will report 0:20
A. M., according to the postoffice clocks,
which will be 7:20 A. M., according
to daylight-saving clocks in the city.
That will make tho deliveries at the
same business hours as they arc today,
according to the businens men's clocks.
Tho only mail matter that will be
affected will bo that arriving in the
city in tho early morning hours and '
