Hirst, a former pugilist, was n wit

Ho became embroiled in ar argument
with another former pugilist, Steve
Yanoeh, In a restaurant. When the two
vvnlkrd out to the street, It is alleged,
Yanoeh drew a revolver and shot
Hirst.
Police, attracted by the shot, found
Dirwt lying on the pavement, YanocK
had fled through the restaurant. Tho
wounded man was taken to tho Penn
sylvania Hospital. Physiclana there say

Police say the prisoners wore in an

Miss Lorraine, who has been treated

old. She said that Miss Lorraine first

"with a brace on her neck, a hat on
