sideratlon of tho details of a prelim
inary treaty of peace between Soviet
Russia and Poland was begun here to
day by four commissions named to look
after different phase of the preliminary
before the peace conference. The mem
bers of these commissions were decided
upon at a meeting between M. Dombskl.

Joffe, chief of the Soviet delegation,
late Monday afternoon.
It is expected that the actual work
of framing the treaty will be left In
