the original conception to delivery of the fin
ished structure, ready to operate. This compre
hends engineering, architecture, management of
construction and equipment layout.
We begin with the idea, often assisting in
the choice of location. We create the designs,
plans and specifications. We act as technical
agents for the owner, either (a) employing
special contractors for each class of work, or
(b) organising a construction force, paid by the

study the processes, design and build the struc
