In the thirty-seven towns Depart
ment Commander Simpson conferred

post is dependent altogether upon the
character of the persons In charge. The
legion obtained the pereentngc of avail
able members It should have enrolled in
many places. 'The outlook for the fall,
however. Is ver encouraging, and a
noticeable increase in membership i
looked for. The Stroudsburg (Pa.)
post has succeeded in obtaining as mem- ,
berg 100 -per cent of the available serv
ice men in one of the small outlying
towns.
