School. Logan Hall, its regular quar

fall will provide the building with six
teen additional classrooms and two ney
lecture rooms. This will be done with
out cutting down the seating capacity
of the present rooms. During the summer

Qerald Campbell Takes Post Today,
Replacing T. P. Porter
Gerald Campbell, newly appointed
British consul to this city, took up Ills
post today, replacing Thomas P. Porter,
who was transferred to Boston.
Mr. Campbell stated that one of his
chief Interests In Philadelphia would bo
to develop better relations between

business interests.
He has been in the British consulate
