Stokes, were, certainly an attractive
looking couple. They qre to be married
In a fortnight, you know. May was
wearing an exquisite frock of,pa,lcst
blue 'silk,, with .a surp)ice bodice rind
draped skirt.- On tile waist nnd on the
skirt fucravas a, narrow band of em
broidered pink roses. It was one of the
daintiest frocks I have seen tills season.
They were with Mrs. Robert E. Rrookc,
