This I did until lato in February, when
I was Informed by him that the papers
were nil ready and the case about to
bo prosecuted. As yet no results, and
conditions remain, not tho same, out
worse and a menaco to tho health of
tho community.
During these past six months my
wife has had n severeattack of bron
chitis ray daughter, aged seventeen, hnd
tho "flu,1' nnd four other children havo
hnd bthcr attacks of illness. Thcso
members of my family hnd not had a
