the governing body of any municipality
may license Sundav movies, Sunday
baseball, Sunday theatres and other
Sunday amusements.
The bill will provide that if in a
municipality it in felt that the govern
ing body is not following the proper
course in regard to Sunday amusements,
there may be instituted a referendum
at which the' liberal Sunday issue in
somo form may be voted on by thp mu
nicipality, such expression to govern
the municipal authorities.
