company manufactures the
high-grade and well-advertised line of
"Ultimate" Motor Trucks. This lino is
a quality product, designed in 191G,
tcrfed for two years under factory su
pervision, refined and put upon the
market in 1918 and now being dis
tributed nationally and in foreign
fields.
One of the first trucks of this en
gineering design went to the Mexican
border with N. II. state troops in 191G.
This truck rounded out three years of
military service in American concen
tration camps and has the unqualified
endorsement of the military authorities.
WEAVER JOHN
Gen. Manager Secretary
Upward of a hundred of these trucks
were put into service in 1918 by Mr.
Vrccland and his engineers before the
present manufacturing plant was or
ganized and wholesale production es
tablished. The development trucks
were sold to Standard Oil Co., Bruns-wick-Balkc-Collender
Co., Highway
Department of New Hampshire, New
England Oil Paint and Varnish Co.,
and others, and have their unqualified
endorsement.

CITV ASSESSMENT $2,200,000
Dated January 1, 1923 Guaranteed tntorest 5""J
Due January 1, 1925 January and July
These bonds are in denominations of $1000 and are fully
guaranteed by this Company as to both principal and interest.
During our twelve and one-half years of business-life, mort
gages to the value of many millions have been guaranteed with
out the loss of a dollar to any client, and millions of interest dis
bursed without a day's delay beyond the date when due.
The security is one that should appeal to the careful investor, for,
in addition to the protection with which the Company Las surrounded
the mortgage itself, the guarantee fully shields the holder from all pos
sible trouble and annoyance and insures that all matters that might
nffect the lien of the mortgage .ire fully looked into and guarded against.
In the Opinion of Counsel Prir.hard, Saul, Bayard & Evans, these
bonds are a LEGAL INVESTMENT FOR TRUST FUNDS in Pcnnsyl
vania. The Tourainc Builduiys, with an assessed valuation of $2,200,000,
consist of two modern apartment houses with servants' annex con
nected by passaycioays. L'very apartment is occupied on a term leabo.
