A rummage sale, for the benefit of
St. Patrick's country home for the poor
in summer, opened this morning nt 10
o'clock In the parish guild house at 511
South Twenty-first street.
Articles of furniture, clothing,
kitchen utensils, draperies, toys, buby
carriages, tables, olinirs, ornaments,
iewelry everything imaginable has
been donated for the sale, which will
last today and tomorrow.
A number of the women interested
in the guild work have charge of the
nffair. The fnrmhnuse, which is to lie
turned Into a country home for the
poor, was purchased recently and after
Improvements will be ready for occu
pancy this summer.
