Cook slowly, allowing one-half hour
for ench pound of meat, gross weight,
counting an additional one-hnlf pound
for the prepared filling. Add
One mcdium-si:cil onion.
One-Quarter carrot.
For each person season the gravy and
serye garnished witlt finely chopped
parsley.
