Seamen's Union Candidate Detains
Crews In Italy Until Election
Koine, Nov. 10. Captain Olulietvi.
secretary of the Seamen's Federation,
who is candidate for office in the

the crews to vote. The elections will
take place November 1(1.
The order has i auseel a partial
paralysis of lonimerce, which is espe
cially serious in view of the fact that
Italy needs to continue all possible
activities in order to solve the many
difficult economic problems resulting
from the war.
