Transfer Agent, Bankers Trust Co. of New York Reference is made tn a letter received from Mr. W. ). .SfcNaull, President of the Company, which is summarized as follows: The McXaull Tire & Rubber Co. lias been incorporated under the laws of Delaware and has tnken over the patents and the entire business of the McXaull Tire Company of Ohio. The new company is engaged in the manufacture of the McXaull Tire a high grade pneumatic tire for motor vehicles. The present plant of the company is located at Toledo, Ohio. It is a completely equipped tire manufacturing unit with a present output of 300 tires a day. Additions will be made to its equip ment at once, which will increase the output to 1,000 tires per day very shortly. The McXaull patents are a valuable asset to the company because they cover the McXaull feature which consists of an arch shaped cross section instead of the usual round. Tires built in the shape of an arch sustain heavier loads with less air pressure than the ordinary round tires, fit any standard rim, and have proven eminently superior for motor trucks. Fifty trucks equipped with MeNai'll tires and operated by one company in Pittsburgh during a period of three years have shown an average mileage of 8,500 miles per tire. Puch consistent results have created a demand for McXaull tires that now fur exceeds the supply. With the enlarged manu facturing facilities, it is estimated that the net earnings of the com pany for the first twelve months' operation after the payment of all Taxes will be $10 per share or 10 upon the present selling price of the stock. On behalf of the Company wc offer the unsold balanccof the capital stock of the McNaull Tire & Rubber Company, when, as and if issued and delivered to us and subject to the advice of counsel, Price $25 Per Share 14 Wall Street ' kfirzr 'V.
