The Emily O. flerson l-'arni. on Skii- '
pack Creek, near L'ollegevillc. will be
dedicated tomorrow nnd the public is
invited to attend the exercises, which
are scheduled for .'! :3(1 p. m. Internal
Revenue Collector I.ederer will deliver
n brief address. The house 1ms been
fully equipped and will be open for in
spection. The farm has been founded as a
memorial to the late l.mily (joidsinith
Oerson and to perpetuate her interest
in the Children's Country Week Asso
ciation, in support of which she suc
ceeded during her lifetime in collecting
considerable sums of money.
The farm covers two acres of ground.
It comprises three buildings the house
proper, with dining room, reading room
and sleeping accommodations for the
house mother, n large dormitory with
sleeping quarters for thirty girls-, ami
a playhouse (converted from a carpen
ter shop), to be used in rainy weather.
It will be open during July and August
of each year, and it will be conducted
under the auspices of the Children's
Country Week Association, by whom
the running expenses will be borne.
