siderable changes in the event of nation

intendent of the ritlladclnhlu branch of
the Anti-Saloon League, It will be'
necessary for the saloonkeepers to make
some plans for the futuie. "Whatever
happens on Jul) 3," said Doctor Tope,
"and I may sa.v parenthetically, that
I have reasons to believe that ban will
not be lifted the erghtecnth amend
ment Is nn assured fact. And ,nll we
prohibitionists have to do is to keep
thirteen states diy nnd this country will
stay dr.v. Ilecausp jou can't change nu
amendment with thirteen stntes voting
against the change. There is absolutely
no doubt as to the future. Our only
problem now is in onnet suitable law-
