Chicago, March 14. There was good
buylnsr of corn today which rallied the
market after a resumption of general
selling by commission houses, due to
fresh Intimation that tho food adm'nls
tratlon Is against further enhancement
of food costs.
On tho decline, the pressure decreased
finally to a small volume and after some
hesitation the tone became steadier.
It was nssertcd that Important pack
ers were trying; to reach an agreement
as to a maximum price at which packers
would buy hogs,. Corn In this coun
try Is moving slowly, rtouils are muddy
and farmers declare that It is more
profitable to feed than to market it at
present prices.
Oats nlso became steadier after they
had been weaker under genernl selling
by commission houses nnd cash firms.
Short coiered freely. Trade was mod
erately active. Offerings from the coun
try continued light.
There was talk of a better demand In
the South, but there waB lltte Inquiry
from the East or from exporters.

Fourteen Years of
Correct Building
have placed the Dorris in the front rank of America's
proven cars. Dorris fundamentals of valve-in-head
motor, unit power plant (used first by Dorris in 1905
and almost universally copied); multiple disc clutch,
(also copied by other manufacturers), prove Dorris
engineering was right from the start.
The Dorris seven-bearing crank-shaft and seven
bearinp; cam-shaft make it "The Full Bearing Motor"
which means a sweet and durable motor.
Its design, finish and equipment are admired by
discriminating rViotorists.
