government has tequested the commander-in-chief
of the Allied troops at
Flume to protest to the Italian military
authorities against alleged mistreatment
of Jugo-Slav residents of that city by
Italian soldiers. The oftlctal Information
bureau of the kingdom of the Serbs,
Croats and Slovenes made public
