Who are responsible for the money that you put
into the War Chest. Not a "scenic" Board, but an
active Board. Each member has promised to give
time and attention to scrutinize every Avar relief
that comes to the War Chest for money who
will pay it out only when convinced that the
object is worthy, that it is a direct war relief and
that the amount asked for is fair. It will place all
war relief on a systematic, business-like basis.
