the farm, and that farm laborers shall

years have habitually worked on the
farm, but thht this definition ot skilled

The bill also provides that no regis
trant shall be entitled to this, deferred
classification who at the time of call
1 not actually engaged In farm labor,
ahd he shall not be entitled to deferred
classification any longer than he Is en
gaged' In such labor.

made an order In which Mrs. Samuel
.Anderson, of 32 North Edgewood
street, Philadelphia, la to have the cus
tody of her six-year-old son, Hoy Evans,
who has been living with Mrs. Ander
son's sister, Mrs. William Ttlrcr, of Xewr
town Square, since the child was eight
een months old.
"When the child wss an Infant Mrs. i
Andersons husband died and her sis
ter, Mrs. Itlzer, agreed to take the In
fant and rare for him because Mrs. An
derson had three other small children.
Last March Mrs. Evans married Ander
son and made several requests for the
child, but was refused, she alleged.
Mrs. Anderson applied for a writ of
'habeas corpus. At, the hearing a number
nf witnesses said that Mrs. Anderson
had a good home for the boy. -
Mrs. Itizer testified that she did not
want to relinquish the child because I
