ceive the number of shares of stock of The Philadelphia
Electric Company to which they are entitled, in accor
dance with the terms of their Certificates of Deposit.
The transfer books of the Depositary will be closed
for the purposes of transfer on January 26, 5918, after
which date no Certificates of Deposit will be issued by
the Depositary. .
