of Taxes and Assessment today upheld
the assessment and taxes on the prop
erty of the Urle. Railroad Company for
1017, despite an appeal of the corpora
tion on the ground that tho assessment

Edge road tax act.

ment, and contended that the act was
unconstitutional and that the tax levied
