event today was between A T Tllden. Jr.,
and Rodney Beck, winner of the rent
Junior Round Robin Tournament and cap
tain of tho Junior Philadelphia team that
lost to New York last Saturday.
Beck put up a great game In the first set.

Blacks won the fourth annual field and
color contest of Northeast High SchopI this
afternoon, by the score of 21 to 10, The
Blacks were winners In the cricket, base-
ball and basketball games, while the Rd'
were Uctors in the track meet nnd soccer.
Four new records were made
The feature race of the afternoon was the
medley race, won by the Blacks, breaking
the record made by the Blacks ln 1315 by
2.1 3-5 seconds. Drew- and Klngetter ran
a dead heat In the 0-yard dash. Tha
Blacks were undaunted, however, and
Grouiiqulst overtook rats nnd gave
Bonrdman n lead of three yards In the mile
run McUaney tried his best to overcome
this lead, but It was too much for him.
