In th domiciles of many city members, occa
sioned by conditions arising In later years, the
present sptendd sjstem needs to lx made to

removal of many to other localities, suburban

A member actually confined to Ids liomn by
disability Is not affected, as ho recehes tiro
benefits complet from the court nearest his
home.
But to such as are only ellffhtly Indisposed
this benefit Is not usually procurable, except
throuxh his own local branch. To give, the
latter, be he resldlnir where he witt, the full
benefits, including doctor and drucslst, and to
remoo the necessity ot his personal rail upon
his own court physician ard drug-gist In minor
disabilities, two suggested means were proposed!
That he be allowed to remain a financial mem
ber of his own court and bo plactd as a medical
member upon the rolls of the court nearest
his home, thereby adding no additional cost to
him, and the other that he remain fully entMled
to all benefits in his own branch and In addi
tion tft allowed to become a medlcat member
ot the body closest to his residence, lhls would
entail additional dues ot four cents a week upon
him, but would site him the services of two
doctors and two druggists, to cover every con

will bo taken up at subsequent sessions, so that
a general feasible plan may be evolved for
