fact that there Is a reward of nearly $20,000
on his capture, offered by the German gov
ernment. Captain William Miller, of the
Clan line steamship Clan Robertson, now at
the Western Maryland coal pier at Tort
Colngton, left here for New Tork to make
arrangements to take a general cargo to
England. The Clan Robertson will go right
Into the submarine zone again, but sne will
bo well armed.
The reward offered by the Germansfor
the capture of Captain Miller was .brought
'about by the sinking of a U-boat In the
Bay of Biscay, when he was captain of the
steamship Clan Macfadan Two shots filed
from Captain Miller's eel struck the sub
