Tho funeral of Edward C. Frlgar, brother
of Ellis D. Frlgar, now awaiting trial for
Mooting Edward Coland In Falrmount

Fernwood Cemetery. Ho was chief engi
neer In charge of tho Franklin Building
and died Saturday night of pneumonia
after an Illness of thrco days.

After an Illness of several months, James
Ik Uetherlngton, a retired wallpaper manu
facturer, died yestorday at tho Mnsonlo
Horns, Broad nnd Ontario streets. For moro
than thirty-flvo years ho had been a mem
ber of tho Robert C. Lamberton Lodge of
Masons. Three daughters survive him.

Mrs. Sarah C. Ecclcston, sovcnty-Blx years
old, died on Octobor 10 at Buenos Aires,
Argentina, nccordlng to word received hero
yesterday. She was the widow of Lieu
tenant Charles F. Eccleston, of tho Third
