For many weeks Mr. Fang has spent'
much time In tho studios where the picture
Is being filmed, studying the Oriental at
mosphero; and the score'resultlng from his
application, while typically Mongolian", Is at
the same time popular In character.
Fang Is also author of a1 book which will
be forwarded to exhibitors of "The Yellow
Menace" telling them .exactly how to pro
duce, the proper effects to bring out the
value of his music. This Is probably the
first time that t. scoro has especially been
written for a serial by a composer whoso
nationality especially fitted him to' compose
