Mrs. Emma Taylor Lamborn, author and
poet; and the sister of Bayard Taylor, a
koet, died at "Hornblende." her home at
Konnett Square, Pa., on Tuesday after a
lingering Illness.
, i 3trs. Lamborn was born In 1834 at Ken-
sett Square and wns 82 years old. Through
out her girlhood She lived at Kennett
Square, and after tho Civil War she mar-
rled'Charlea B. Lamborn. land commissioner
f the Northern Pac'flo Railroad. Her mar
ried Ufa was largely spent In travel, but
after her husband's death In 1902 Mrs.
'.lamborn returned to Konnett Square.
.airs. Lamborn was known as the author

and a volume of reminiscences of her first
