When Injunctions Fail
STONE HARBOR, N. X, Blay 8. The
recent decision of Justice Black dismissing
the application for a writ of certiorari
brought against the Capo Btay County au
thorities to prevent the construction of
the Corson's Inlet Bridge Boulovard has
awakened renewed Interest in the pro
posed all-resort automobile route from At
lantic City to Cape Blay.
This has been further stimulated by the
dismissal of tho Injunction to Btop the
building of tho Seven-BIIlo Bench Boule
vard, connecting tho boroughs of Stone
Harbor and Avalon.
With these suits out of the way, the
contractors on both the Corson's Inlet and
the Soven-BIllo Beach Boulevards are
pushing both Improvements to completion.
At the meeting of tho Chamber of Com
merce of Cape May County seashore re
sorts, to be held at Wlldwood this month,
an effort will bo made to formulate a
policy of public Improvements satisfactory
to all the resorts In the county.
