1 happy she was to have somothlng to do
to keep homo bright and cheerful, I do
not think any one In this settlement has

would not be so very hard, after all, to

with cream lace sleeves and collar, and
laco hats with wreaths of silk flowers
and blue ribbon streamers. They carried
bouquots of pink snapdragons nnd blup
larkspur.

Tho bride wore a gown of lustrous
white satin veiled In Georgette crepe nnd
trimmed with rare old family lace, and
her veil was of tulle held with orange
blossoms. She carried a shower bouquet
of lilies of the valley and white roses.
Miss Matty Campbell Hodge, sister of the
bride, who was maid of honor, was
gowned In peach-colored satin, draped
with Illusion of the same shade, and wore
a picturesque hat of bronze tulle, trimmed
with a peach-colored rose. Sho carried
goldenglow roses,
The little Mower girls, Miss Muriel B.
Hodge and Miss Dortthy F. Hodge, wore
quaint little frocks tied with peach
colored sashes and hats to match and
carried baskets filled with goldenglow
rosebuds. A breakfast at tho home of the
bride's parents, 331 South 13th street, for
the families and a few Intimate friends of
the bride and bridegroom followed the
ceremony. Mr. and Mrs. Lockwood will
live at Sunset Farm, Whlteland, Pa.

evening at 7:30 o'clock In St. Stephen's
Methodist Episcopal Church, on Qerman
town avenue, when MIbu Susan Mae Has

become the bride of Mr. Charles Dale

formed by the Rev. Wayne Channel. Miss
Haslam, who will be given In marriage by
