and was followed by a breakfast at the
homo of tho bride's parents. Tho bride,
who was given In marrlago by her father,
wore a rookie coat suit of cloth and taffeta,
with a hat and shoes of the samo color.
The hat was of braid and Georgette crepe
trimmed with a bird of paradise. Lllles-of-tho-valley
and orchids formed tho
bridal bouquet. Miss Florence McICcgh
ney, the maid of honor, was attired In a
coat suit of Belgian blue cloth, with a hat
and shoes of steel color, nnd carried yel
low roseB. Miss Margaret Hopkins, the
bride's young sister, was flower girl. Her
suit was of white pique, and similar mate
rial, hand embroidered, was used In her
dainty French hat. Her flower basket
held sweetheart roses.

no attendants, and only the .Immediate

bride wore a traveling su(t of dark blue
pussy willow taffeta, with white hat of
Georgette crepe, and carried a bouquet of

Immediately after the ceremony a wed
ding breakfast was served, after which
Mr. and Mrs. Deardorft left, on an ex.
tended trip through the South. Mr. and

Miss Edna Glasshoffer Is an active
worker of the Andcus Girls' Charity Club,
and Is also chairman of the Matzos Com
mittee,' which distributed 300 pounds pf
matzos and two crates of eggs among the
needy In the downtown section of the
city this year. The other members of the
committee are Miss Grace Kendall. Miss
Bessie Fineberg and Miss Jean Rosen-
The funds for carrying on this work
were raised through a rafile which took
place on April 2. This Is the beginning
of tho good work which will ba carried
on and In order tq raise more money fop
Its continuation a dance will be given on
May 24 at White's Dancing Academy, the
proceeds of which will go to providing
comfort for poor babies who suffer In
downtown alleys during the summer.

Sharing and Protective system for the afore
mentioned employes. The general terms of
the plan are as follows:
First Tho syittm shall be put Into effect
with tho opening of Anniversary Week, start
ing Monday, April 21, 101(1, and shall con
tinue for trvs present term until Christmas,
1010, and ti.ereafter from Christmas of til
one year to Christmas ot the succeeding year.
Second All attaches nnd employes of the
Stanley who remain continuously In the
service of the theatre for the period ot ons
year shall share In the benefits of ths profit
sharing system as follows: Those receiving
less than twenty-five dollars per week shall bo
given ten per cent, bonus. Those receiving
twenty-five dojlars per week or more shall bsj
allotted file per cent, bonus. Those receiving
thirty-five dollars or more, two and one-half
per cent, bonus.
Third The salary list shall be reviewed1
every three months so that the management
may determine who are Its deserving employes
whose satsry should be Increased in accord
snee with ths new plan and the business of
the theatre.
Fourth There shall be established a Sink
ing or Reneflt Fund, from which there shall be
paid to any employe In good, standing who la
taksn HI his or her full salary during- ih
period of Illness, providing the same does not
exceed eight weeks In duration.
Fifth There shall be a separata fund es
tablished from which shall be paid all doctors'
fees, medicine bills and needed expenditures In
connectlon with ths Illness of the aforesaid
employe.
Sixth There shal) be a third separate, fuqil
established from which shall be provided, pay-
ment for the expenses of any Vacation which
may be necessary to the convalescence and re
cuperation of an employs who has been 111,
