Tho market at Liverpool was affected by the decline on this side yesterday and predictions of large arrivals In 'the United Kingdom. A Yavorablo view was taken of the an nouncement of the settlement of the Dutch steamship strike. The Continent contin ued to absorb export offers. Tonnage continues scarce and this was responsible for some apprehension abroad. Shipments from Argentina for the week wore 2,058,000 bushels. The visible supply there Is 11,40,000 bushels. Receipts at Minneapolis and Duluth today wero 263 cars, against. 131 cars last year: at Chicago 181 cars, against 2 cars; at Winnipeg- 521 cars, compared with 219 cars.
