Production of Copper Generally Smaller in February
NEW YORK, Murch 28. The Utah Copper Company produced 11.S40.D72
pounds of copper In February, compared with 11,099,910 pounds In .lanuniy nnd
8,202,407 pounds In February, 101".. In February the output of the Clilno Copper
Company was 4,617,220 pounds, against ii,31G.17C pounds in Januaiy and 3,722,S03
pounds In February, 1915. The Kay Consolidated Coppr Company In February
turned out 3.707.0S7 pounds of copper, contrasted with 1.2G3 -1 10 In the 'preceding
month and 4,877,702 pounds In February, 1915 The production of the Nevada.
Consolidated Company In February amounted to 0,533.412 pounds of copper,
against 6.157.SG2 pounds In January nnd 3.210.509 pounds In February, 1915.
Stockholders of Frisco Who Held Out on Ucorganization to Come In
NEW YOItK, March 2S Confirmation was obtained this morning from an
entirely authoritative nnd trustworthy source of the announcement made ics-
terday that IJ F. Yoakum and the few stockholders of the St. Louis nnd San
Francisco Hallroad Company, who had opposed tho plan of reorganization from
the outset, had surrcndeied and signified their desire to come In under t.he plan.
Eastman Kodak Extra Dividend
ROCHESTER, N. Y March 2S. The Eastman Kodak Company has declared
an extra dividend of G per cent, on the common stock, payable May 1.

No American Sugar Meeting
NEW YORK. March 28 Positive de
nial was made at the offices of the Amer
ican Beet Sugar Company this morning
that the directors vvould hold a meeting
today for dividend purposes. When ques
tioned concerning the reports that divi
dends on the common stcck would be re
sumed today, an official of the company
said that the reports were without founda
tion. "There Js no meeting called for to
day or tomorrow and thes,e rumors are
circulated by speculators. The directors
of this company will not allow the officers
to forecast any action that they may take
and there Is no reason for any such talk
at all. ' Dividends were susucnded In
