Dennlston is the "G-ycar-old recluse of
Swlssvule, said to have a fortune of
$1,000,000 and for whom relatives sought
to have a guardian appointed. JIIss Rich
ardson Is cashier hi a downtown hotel.
Dennlston was adjudged sano by a Jury
and later there was a suit tiled attacking
nls estate. That case has not yet come to
trial.

ton sought to have a guardian appointed
for him. It had been leported that the
aged man was about to wed, and tho peti
tion decinred ho was "mentally Incapable
of caring for his own affairs." Alienists
nnd other witnesses wcro called. Jliss
nicbnrdson, who lives with her mother
at 109 Grnndvlew avenue, admitted she
was engaged to Mr. Dennlston.
