Oil stocks wero somewhat irregular on a smaller volume of dealings; Cosden was nn exception on good Inside purchases, advancing nearly n point, to a now high Tccord. Copper stocks were generally stronger, Kennecott, after advancing ,i, reacted, notwithstanding the announcement of tho Initial dividend and the excellent report.
