the following streets with asphalt, with vitrified
brick gutters: Olive street, from Tenth to Elev
enth street; Heed street, from Twenty-second to
Twenty-third street: Twenty-Brat street, from
Point Brecxe avenue to Iteed street: Twenty
eighth street, from Iteed to Tasker street.
The following street with granite block: Sec

the unopened portions of Cottman street, be
tween the New York Short Line Railroad
and Oxford avenue, will pass, that at the ex
piration of three months from the date of said
notice said street will be required for public

behalf of the City of Philadelphia, for the
