THE Boardwalk girl has adopted a new method for keeping up to the minute. She now wears her watch on the left side of her tall Russian boots. Whether she finds it Just as "timely" to wear her watch on her ankle as on her wrist Is a question. However, the new fad has novelty to recommend it, and that is about all a fad needs.
