President Wilson strolled about the streets for hnlf on hour in the course of his visit to consult nn oculist here before
anyone recognized him. Finally at 12th and Chestnut streets the passing throng marked him and began to tag at his

EXPELLED BRAZILIAN ENVOY TO MEXICO NOW IN WASHINGTON
