only weak spot wns Cambria Steel, which
lost n substantial fraction, but rallied at
tho close, when Pennsylvania Steel came
Into the limelight.
York nallways jumped a point on the
Rtntement of earnings for June, which
showed u decrease of 4.4 per cent. In gross
but a 11.2 per cent, cut In operating ex
penses resulted in an increase or a per
cent. In net Income. The surplus was
6949, nn Increase of 4.5 per cent. Kor tho
seven months' period the surplus wns $50,
903, a decrease of a.3 per cent, from the
