CRAMP ANNUAL MEETING
In view of the many rumors that have
been circulated about the company, espe
cially in the last few weeks, the annual
meeting of the stockholders of the Wil
liam Cramp & Sons Ship and Englno
Building Company causes unusual Interest
this year. The meeting will bo held "
w eok from tho coming Thursday. June 21.
at tho offices of the company, Beach and
Ball streets
At that time stockholders will have an
opportunity of making inquiry as to tho
various rumors, which have Included a
change in control, the company to be
taken over by the Bethlehem Steel Cor
poration and largo war orders. The an
nual report of the company will be given
out at the meeting. It is expected that
it will show earnings of a little over 10
per cent, as competed with II per cent,
in the previous fiscal year ending April
