Presidency.
A number of changes were effected In
the official staff of the Philadelphia Na
tional Bank at a meeting of the board of
directors held today. Horace Fortescue.
cashier, was made vice president, but
will continue to perform the duties of
cashier as well.
Frank V. Stephens, auditor, was ap
pointed assistant cashier, and O. Howard
Wolfe was also" appointed assistant
cashier. Mr. Wolfe received his bann
ing training In the Philadelphia National
